Today is a delightful day when you’ll visit the Potala Palace. Yes, Potala palace is the same palace that dominates the whole Lhasa city. It can be the first thing that you may have noticed in the city. The palace is astonishingly magnificent. It was constructed in the 17th century and features the Dalai Lama’s quarters and many vital chapels. Collecting the wonders of Potala palace, we head towards Drepung Monastery. Once, it used to be the largest monastery with around eleven thousand monks.
