Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Day
Himal Eco Treks will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check in. Enjoy yourtime at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up at the hotel for the sightseeing tour. Enjoy the historical and cultural aspect of Nepal in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath stupa, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath stupa. Today’s day is set aside for any last-minute preparation for your trek if necessary. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu
Day 3: Drive to Dolakha and then toShigati and trek to Suri Doban
After breakfast in the hotel, we shall pick you up at the hotel for a wonderful drive towards Dolakha. Dolakha is around seven hour's drive from Kathmandu towards the northeast of the highway that connects Nepal with Lhasa. From Dolakha, we drive towards Shigati which is the commencement point of this trek. Leaving Shigati, we start our trekking journey with a gentle walk toward Suri Doban. Day 4: Trek to Jagat
Today, we follow a trail that goes through a flat land along the TamakoshiRiver. We traverse through the forests of orchids, oak, and rhododendron and make our way to Jagat. We also cross various small streams on the route to get into the village of Jagat. Jagat is a small village in the region inhabited by people from different ethnic groups. Day 5: Trek to Simigaon
Leaving Jagat, we start ascending up to Simigaun. We pass sloppy lands and terraced farmlands on the way toSimigaon. Simigaonis a beautiful Sherpa village dominated by people who follow Buddhism religion. The prayer flags, mani walls, and stupas on the way reflect the Buddhism religion prevalent in the village. Day 6: Trek to Kharka
After breakfast, we leave Simigaon and pass a few more Sherpa settlements on the way with some impressive views of GaurishankerHimal that rises up just above the Rolwaling valley. Today, we head towards the Rolwaling valley. We climb up a rocky ridge with beautiful pine forests. After climbing up the ridge, we descend down to the banks of RolwalingRiver to open up to a vast grassland known as Kharka. Tonight at tented camps in Kharka
Day 7: Trek to Beding
Leaving Beding, we continue our journey up through the forests of rhododendron and oak. We follow the left side of the Rolwaling river and walk deeper into the valley. As we move further, the raw appeal of Gaurishanker unfolds right in front of us. Finally, we walk into a flat terrain in the valley until we reach a Sherpa village of Beding. Day 8: Trek to Na
We leave the village of Beding and walk through the pastures enjoying the sights of yak herders and Yaz grazing in the vast meadows. We walk pass the potato and buckwheat fields towards the Na village. On the way, we come to cross a monastery with a large image of Guru Rinpoche carved in a huge rock. We visit the monastery and walk further to enter into the village of Na. Na is an old settlement in the Rolwaling valley. Tonight at tented camps in Na
Day 9: Trek to Tso Rolpa Lake
Leaving Na, we begin our walk through a flat and well-leveled path to Tso Rolpa lake. We gradually ascend up the path enjoying the spectacular beauty of Himalayan lake and glaciers in the backdrop of beautiful Himalayas. Tso Rolpa lake in the Rolwaling valley is amongst the biggest glacial lake in Nepal. Situated in between Langtang and Everest region, the lake offers some stunning views of Mt. Menlung along with mountains on the Tibetan side. Tonight we tented camps in Tso Rolpa lake.
Day 10: Trek to Tarkarding glacier
Get ready for some challenging days of the trek. Today, we walk along the glaciers which is quite tough. We begin our day early with a walk along a rocky path towards Trakarding glacier. We ascend up slowly through the rocky trail that climbs up to the glacial moraine. As we traverse through the rocky path, we will witness some amazing dimensions of mountainous, mountainous terrain and its wilderness. Tonight at the tented camps in Trakarding glacier.
Day 11: Trek to TaschiLapcha Base Camp
Leaving the glacier, we climb up the trail to TaschiLapcha Base Camp at an elevation of 5755 meters. We mostly ascend through the rocks and glaciers which can be quite challenging and demanding. We follow the slopes along the glacier and climb up to TaschiLapcha Base Camp that lies just below TaschiLapcha. From the base camp, one can admire the 360-degree views of mountains around the valley. Tonight at TaschiLapcha Base Camp.
Day 12: Cross TaschiLapcha Pass
From the base camp, we ascend up to the pass from where we will be rewarded with some astounding views of Khumbu peaks. As we cross the pass, we can enjoy the dramatic views of mountains and mountainous terrain. From here, we descend down to Tashi Cape. Tonight at tented camps in Tachi Cape
Day 13: Trek to Thyomgbo
Today, we leave Taschi Cape and walk down towards Thyomgno. After a few days of the challenging trail, you will find the trail for the day quite easy. Therefore, we descend down to Thyomgbo enjoying the interesting views of scenery all around. Tonight at tented camps in Thyomgbo
Day 14: Trek to Thame
We descend down from Thyomgbo to Thame enjoying the natural beauty around us. It’s a gradual walk down to the interesting village of Thame. At Thame, you can visit an old monastery located on the top of the village. From here, one will be able to enjoy some great views of mountains in the Everest region. Tonight at tented camps in Thame
Day 15: Trek to Namche bazaar
Today, we descend down from Thame to Namche Bazaar. We walk through some ups and downs, through the dense rhododendron and pine forests to the buzzing town of Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.
Day 16: Trek to Lukla
Today, we leave Namche and stroll down through a well-paved path that undulates up and down to Lukla. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 17: Fly to Kathmandu
Today, we head back to the capital city – Kathmandu, the place from where we started our journey. From Lukla, we take a flight back to Kathmandu. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 18: Departure Day
Finally, it is time for us to bid you goodbye. Your guide will escort you to the airport before your scheduled flight for your journey ahead.
